John Gressman
Principal, Gressman Health Care Consulting
John has over 39 years of experience in leading and managing healthcare for the underserved and public policy at the local, state, and national level. He is past President & CEO of the San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium, representing over 10 clinics serving underserved communities. John is a nationally recognized creative leader in systems development, clinical care and network development, as well as health care governance, FQHC management, and federal grant management.

Rick Bawcum
CEO/Founder, Cimatri
Rick founded this professional services firm to specialize in digital transformation for associations and nonprofits. After a long career with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies serving healthcare and nonprofits, he now serves multiple clients as their virtual CIO/CTO and strategic technology vision leader. Rick has been named one of the DC Area's Top Association Tech Gurus, and is a frequent presenter on disruptive technologies like AI, Blockchain, and the Internet of Things.
Dr. PJ Maddox

Professor & Chair, Department of Health Administration & Policy, George Mason University
PJ has over 30 years of experience in nursing, health services administration, health research, and health policy analysis. She served as Clinical Center Deputy Director for NIH and is the author of numerous textbook chapters and articles on policy, technology, and ethics in health management. PJ is recognized by Modern Healthcare as among the Top Health Administration Faculty in the U.S.

She specializes in helping clinics evaluate, implement, and manage EHR and HIT systems, and has consulted for the Migrant Clinicians Network, National Health Care for the Homeless Council, and the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved (ACU).
Ty Faulkner, MS
Professor & Lecturer, Lawrence Technological University
HTAA Co-Founder
Ty has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device sales, business development, and HIT. He is a professor and lecturer at Lawrence Technological University. Ty is a member of the HIMSS African-American Special Interest Group, and served as an advisor to the Dept of Health & Human Services and Office of the National Coordinator.
Tony Niemotka

With over 20 years of experience in managed IT services, PMS/EHR/EMR, and radiation therapy systems, Tony draws on his cutting edge experiences in HIT management, networking, military service, and robotics to serve clients. He excels at working with decision-makers, including executives, physicians, and nurses in FQHCs, CHCs, Managed Care, and other human services to bring them technical innovations that enable their organizations to thrive.
